Follicular
unit micrograft procedures are designed to look natural after
surgery, regardless of when or if any additional procedures are
performed.
Follicular
unit micrografting has largely eliminated the problem of obvious
hair transplants. Each procedure is designed to look natural
upon completion. Additional procedures can be done to increase
hair density, as desired by the patient.
The
procedure itself is done while the client sits comfortably, watching
a video or listening to music.
At
the Surgical Hair Center of Nevada, we place grafts based on
how they naturally occur, rather than making them fit a pre-designed
plan. Follicular unit micrografting produces a more natural
result than other hair replacement techniques. |

A
natural hairline can be filled in or restored by duplicating
the random growth patterns of nature.
Hairs
on the scalp grow naturally in clusters of one, two, or three,
and follicular unit micrografting duplicates this pattern.
Unlike older techniques which removed hairs in circular sections
and replaced them in the same manner, the follicular unit micrografting
technique utilizes fine slits in the recipient area. This results
in virtually no scarring with natural, undetectable hairlines
and growth patterns.
